Description

Vajradaka Statue | Buddhist Altar Decor & Functional Incense Burner

This Vajradaka statue is a masterwork of Newari art, hand cast in solid copper using the ancient lost wax technique passed down through generations of artisans. Every element, from his flaming crown of skulls to the smallest ornament, has been individually hand chased before painted with rich acrylic colors and lustrous gold gilding, giving the piece a lifelike presence built to hold its shine for years.

Dorje Khadro, the Destroyer of Negativity, is portrayed in his powerful wrathful form, head thrown back and mouth open in a fierce roar, his three piercing eyes embodying awakened protection. His hands are crossed at his chest holding the vajra while his tiger skin garment reflects mastery over fear and primal instinct. Beyond its role as a sacred centerpiece, this Vajradaka statue is a fully functional incense burner: the base is richly carved with lion heads and dharma wheel medallions and holds the incense within, a fitted lid seals the chamber, and the deity sits above so fragrant smoke rises up and curls around him, turning every offering into a meditative ritual for your altar or sacred space.

Please note: The statue in the photograph is the actual piece for sale, ensuring authenticity and exclusivity.

His seated position on a lotus base signifies purity and enlightenment, while his presence conveys the essence of clarity and unwavering resolve in spiritual practice. The imagery and symbolism surrounding Vajradhaka reflect his role as a guide to overcoming ignorance and achieving inner peace.
