Dzambhala is seated upon a hand-carved lotus pedestal and richly adorned with semi-precious stone,  handcarved floral motif silk garment, a conch shell crown and layered necklaces. His right hand holds the wish-granting Chintamani jewel, while his left hand cradles a jewel-spitting mongoose, traditional symbols associated with generosity, abundance and the transformation of greed.
