Standing Kurukulla Statue - Tantric Dakini of Attraction | Beautifully Hand-painted Figurine

This Tarodbava Kurukulla statue is handcrafted in Nepal, by Newari artists who have practiced this craft for generations. The figure is first shaped using wax by hand, with every fold of robes and curve of the body carved carefully. It is then cast in copper using traditional lost wax method, where the wax is melted away and a solid alloy remains. The statue is further refined with 3D carving and polishing, then gold gilded and painted from head to foot in premium acrylic colors with semi-precious stones adornments. Standing 37 inches tall and weighing 16.26 kg, this is a large, substantial piece built to last for generations.

The statue shows Kurukulla in her Tarodbava form, dancing as she subdues a human figure beneath her left foot upon lotus seat. Kurukulla is depicted with her four divine arms holding: a bow & arrow with lasso & sword, all made of flower. She wears a crown of skulls, a garland of severed heads and a tiger skin tied around her waist, with flaming hair and a third fierce eye. Rising behind her is a blazing halo of flame bordered with vajra and skull motifs, while the throne below is carved with the double vajra and the wish fulfilling norbu jewel symbol.

Practitioners turn to her to draw in love, good fortune and positive influences, while clearing away obstacles and negative energy from their path. Many keep her statue on a personal altar for tantric practice, while others display it simply for its artistry and presence. This piece works well as a centerpiece for a dedicated shrine or meditation spaces.

Please note: The statue in the photograph is the actual piece for sale, ensuring authenticity and exclusivity.
