Statue Care Guide
- Display with Care: Preserve your statue in a glass cabinet to protect it from dust, moisture, and accidental damage.
- Dusting: Use a soft, clean cotton cloth to gently wipe away dust. Avoid using rough or abrasive materials.
- Minimize Handling: Avoid touching gold-plated statues frequently, as natural oils from your skin can accelerate tarnishing.
- Do Not Scrub: Never use steel wool, metal-bristled brushes, or scrubbing pads. These can scratch and damage delicate surfaces.
Hand-painted Chana Dorje Vajrapani Sculpture | Handicrafted Fierce Protector Statue
Our vibrant Masterpiece Vajrapani Statue is a rare handcrafted Nepalese creation, meticulously brought to life using the traditional lost-wax technique, so every fierce detail is captured with clarity. Cast from a high-quality copper alloy, the statue is richly hand-painted in deep blue, fiery red, lush green, and warm gold tones, giving the surface a radiant glow with striking contrast. The base and ornaments are carefully gold-plated, creating a beautiful interplay of shine and color. Each feature from the layered jewelry and flowing scarf to the tiny skulls and pearls around the halo is painted and detailed by hand, resulting in a visually powerful and spiritually charged centerpiece for any altar or sacred space.
This exceptional Vajrapani statue portrays the deity in a dynamic, commanding stance atop an ornate lotus seat, gripping a vajra in the raised right hand and a lasso in the left. Vajrapani is adorned with an intricately carved skull crown, from which detailed earrings descend, while the expressive face shows piercing eyes, bared fangs, and vivid red eyebrows, mustache, and beard that stand out against the deep blue complexion and gold accents. The swirling tiger-skin lower garment, coiling green serpent, and flame-like motifs around the body enhance the intense protector energy. Behind, a dramatic multicolored halo layered with red, green, and gold flames, floral motifs, creating a powerful aura that amplifies both the spiritual presence and artistic impact of this remarkable Vajrapani statue.

Vajrapani
Vajrapani, whose name means “Holder of the Thunderbolt,” is one of the earliest and most powerful bodhisattvas in Mahayana Buddhism. Vajrapāṇi is often depicted in a wrathful form, with a muscular body, fierce expression, and surrounded by flames, symbolizing his ability to destroy ignorance and obstacles on the path to enlightenment. Legends describe Vajrapāṇi as a guardian of Gautama Buddha, protecting him from harm and embodying the indomitable force of an enlightened mind. He is also known as the “Lord of Secrets” for his role in transmitting tantric teachings to humanity. His mantra, Om Vajrapāṇi Hūṃ Phaṭ, is chanted to invoke courage, dispel negativity, and cultivate inner strength.
