1000-Armed Chenrezig

1000-Armed Chenrezig, also known as Sahasrabhuja Avalokiteśvara, is a majestic and deeply symbolic form of the Bodhisattva of Compassion. This manifestation represents limitless compassion in action, with each of his 1000 arms extending to aid sentient beings in every corner of existence. At the center of each palm is an eye, symbolizing the union of wisdom and skillful means—he sees all suffering and acts to relieve it. His eleven faces, arranged in tiers, reflect the stages of spiritual realization, culminating in a wrathful black face that embodies fierce compassion for taming the most stubborn negativities. Standing on a lotus and moon disc, his radiant white form is adorned with jewel ornaments and emanates pure light, signifying his enlightened nature.
