Sale Buddhist Green Tara Statue | HandCrafted by Nepalese Artisan

Green Tara is a revered female bodhisattva in Mahayana Buddhism and one of the most significant deities in Tibetan Buddhism. She embodies feminine wisdom and compassion, offering protection and guidance to her devotees. Associated with the color green, representing her active yet peaceful nature, Green Tara is often depicted seated in a readiness posture, with one leg extended to signify her willingness to assist those in need.

Each of her hands holds the stem of a Utpala, or blue lotus flower, symbolizing purity and enlightenment, with the flowers gracefully rising to her shoulders. Her right hand is shown in the varada mudra, which represents the gesture of granting wishes, while her left hand displays the vitarka mudra, the gesture of providing refuge and protection.

Adorned with a crown set with precious jewels, her royal posture conveys spiritual wealth and authority. Her serene expression reflects her enlightened nature and unwavering compassion. Many Buddhists believe that chanting her mantra cultivates wisdom, compassion, and spiritual strength.
