Guru Rinpoche

Guru Rinpoche, also known as Padmasambhava, is one of the most revered and influential figures in Tibetan Buddhism. Often called the "Second Buddha," he is credited with bringing Vajrayana Buddhism to Tibet in the 8th century. Born miraculously from a lotus flower on Lake Dhanakosha, Guru Rinpoche embodies the enlightened activity of all the Buddhas and is seen as a powerful master of tantra, transformation, and spiritual protection. With his profound wisdom and supernatural abilities, he subdued harmful spirits and obstacles that hindered the spread of the Dharma in Tibet. Devotees pray to Guru Rinpoche for protection, spiritual awakening, and removal of negative energies. His teachings emphasize inner realization, empowerment, and the integration of compassion and wisdom. His mantra, "Om Ah Hum Vajra Guru Padma Siddhi Hum," is widely chanted for blessings, healing, and inner transformation.
