Handcrafted Black Dzambhala-God of Wealth Statue | Tibetan Buddhism Art

Our Black Dzambhala Statue is meticulously hand-carved by a skilled artisan from Nepal using the sacred lost-wax method, a revered technique passed down through generations of Himalayan craftsmanship. Black Dzambhala is the wrathful manifestation of wealth and protection in Tibetan Buddhism. He symbolizes the forceful removal of poverty, the destruction of negative karma, and the granting of both material prosperity and spiritual strength. Made from a solid copper base and finished in a deep, dark blue hue, and also crafted with a fierce halo behind his body. Depicted standing boldly on a human figure atop a blooming lotus pedestal while holding a sacred mongoose that spews forth precious jewels.

Black Dzambhala

Black Dzambhala, also known as Dzambhala Nagpo or Kubera, is a wrathful wealth deity in Tibetan Buddhism who embodies the fierce compassion needed to eliminate poverty and transform obstacles into abundance. He is considered an emanation of Avalokiteshvara, the Bodhisattva of Compassion, and is often depicted standing with a pot-bellied body, wild hair, and a fierce expression while holding a skullcup filled with nectar in one hand and a mongoose spitting jewels in the other. Practitioners invoke Black Dzambhala through mantras and rituals to attract both material prosperity and spiritual growth, and they often place his image or thangka in the wealth corner of their homes to invite blessings.
