Dorje Legpa

Dorje Lekpa, known as Vajra Sadhu in Sanskrit, is a fierce protector deity in Tibetan Buddhism, symbolizing the power to overcome obstacles and defend the Dharma. Often depicted with a wrathful expression, he embodies the energies needed to remove ignorance and protect practitioners from negative forces. Originating from ancient Bon traditions and later assimilated into Buddhist practices, Dorje Lekpa is revered for his role in maintaining peace and protecting followers from harm. His presence is particularly revered in the Nyingma and Kagyu lineages, where he is invoked for strength, protection, and the removal of spiritual or worldly hindrances.
