8 Bodhisattva Sculpture Set | Avalokiteshvara, Manjushri, Vajrapani, Maitreya, and the Noble Eight

Honor the sacred beauty of Mahayana Buddhism with this exquisite Eight Bodhisattvas Statue Collection, intricately handcrafted by master Newari artisans in Nepal using the time-honored lost-wax casting technique. Each statue is cast from copper and finished with a luminous gold-fire gilded base, reflecting the depth of Himalayan artistry. The Eight Bodhisattvas are portrayed standing on a double-layered lotus seat, gracefully holding utpala flowers, and performing the Abhaya Mudra, which symbolizes fearlessness. Their presence is elevated through jeweled crowns, ornate halos, and detailed embellishments of semi-precious stones, each crafted with devotion and precision.

This sacred ensemble features the Eight Great Bodhisattvas: Avalokiteshvara, Manjushri, Vajrapani, Maitreya, Kshitigarbha, Akashagarbha, Samantabhadra, and Sarvanivarana Vishkambhin, each representing an enlightened virtue of compassion, wisdom, strength, and purity. Together, they represent the spiritual harmony devotees seek to awaken within, offering blessings of peace. Radiating timeless artistry and divine symbolism, this Eight Bodhisattvas collection stands as a profound reflection of Nepalese craftsmanship and Buddhist devotion.

During consecration, these are carefully filled and blessed through ritual prayers by qualified monks, making the statue spiritually complete and ready for your altar. A fee will be charged for this service, which is respectfully donated to the lamas performing the rituals.

Please note: Once consecrated, each statue becomes a sacred object and part of your spiritual journey. As such, it cannot be returned or refunded after this special blessing.

The Eight Great Bodhisattvas

The Eight Great Bodhisattvas manifest as a symphony of enlightened attributes, where Manjushri, the Sword-Holder of Primordial Wisdom, cleaves the veil of ignorance, while Avalokiteshvara, the Vessel of All-Encompassing Compassion, answers the cries of the world with boundless grace. Vajrapani, the Thunderbolt-Wielder, shatters inner obscurations, and Maitreya, the Herald of the Luminous Future, holds the loving promise of Buddhahood for all. Kshitigarbha, the Guardian of the Tormented Realms, descends fearlessly into darkness, as Sarvanivaranavishkambhin, the Purifier of Karmic Veils, clears the subtle residues of past actions. Samantabhadra, the King of All-Pervading Activity, enacts enlightenment in every moment, supported by Akashagarbha, the Treasury of Infinite Merit, whose boundless generosity fills all space: together, they form the complete path, turning the wheel of Dharma through their specialized and sublime virtues.
