Sacred Feminine Vajrayogini Figure | Fire-Gilded Buddhist Statue for Empowerment Rituals

Discover the power of divine transformation with this Vajrayogini Statue, a sacred embodiment of wisdom, fearlessness, and feminine spiritual energy. Masterfully hand-carved by a seasoned artisan in Nepal, this Vajrayogini statue is created using the ancient lost-wax method, which allows for exceptional detailing and spiritual authenticity. The statue includes a hollow chamber designed for consecration, giving devotees the opportunity to insert sacred relics and mantras to amplify blessings and deepen their spiritual practice.

Devotees pray to her to transform attachments, purify the mind, and overcome obstacles on the path to enlightenment. With her wrathful expression, third eye of wisdom on her forehead, and a halo adorned with skulls, she symbolizes the fierce compassion that destroys ignorance and liberates beings from suffering.

This powerful piece is made from high-quality copper and is polished using a traditional blend of mercury and 24k gold, forming a gold amalgam. It is then fired in a sacred process that evaporates the mercury, leaving behind a radiant and enduring 24k fire gold gilded finish on the copper surface—an ancient technique passed down through generations of Himalayan craftsmen.

Vajrayogini

Vajrayogini is a revered female deity in Vajrayana Buddhism who embodies the fierce wisdom and transformative power of enlightened passion. She is considered a female Buddha and a dakini—a spiritual sky-dancer—whose essence is the destruction of ego and the liberation of beings from illusion. Her name means “Diamond Yogini,” symbolizing her indestructible nature and mastery of tantric practices. Vajrayogini is often visualized as a radiant red 16-year-old woman with a third eye of wisdom, holding a curved flaying knife and a skull cup filled with blood, which she drinks to signify her fearless embrace of ultimate truth. She stands in a blazing fire of wisdom, trampling ignorance beneath her feet. Her practice, rooted in the Chakrasamvara Tantra, includes methods for transforming death, rebirth, and daily experiences into paths to enlightenment.
