Four Armed Chenrezig

The Four-Armed Chenrezig, also known as Avalokiteshvara, is a widely revered deity in Tibetan Buddhism, symbolizing infinite compassion for all sentient beings. His four arms represent his boundless reach in helping others, with two hands in a prayer gesture (anjali mudra) holding the wish-fulfilling jewel, symbolizing the heart of compassion. His other right hand holds a rosary, indicating continuous prayers for the well-being of all beings, while his left hand holds a lotus flower, signifying purity and spiritual awakening. Chenrezig is considered the embodiment of the compassion of all Buddhas, and his mantra, "Om Mani Padme Hum," is one of the most chanted prayers in Buddhism, invoking the qualities of compassion and mercy.
