Description

21 Tara Set | Complete Collection of Tibetan Buddhist Taras | Tibetan Deity Ensemble for Altar

Celebrate divine compassion with this 21 Taras Sculpture Collection, an awe-inspiring ensemble of Tara's manifestations, all handcrafted by master Newari artisans from Nepal. Each sacred figure is brought to life through the lost-wax casting method that allows for extraordinary precision in every curve and ornament. The entire set radiates brilliance through a Gold Fire-Gilded body and Gold-Gilded face, enriched with delicate inlays of semi-precious stones that accentuate their jeweled crowns and flowing robes. Every Tara is distinct: some hold utpala flowers, others display varied mudras. Their facial expressions gently shift between serenity, compassion, and strength. Though diverse in form, each goddess is seated elegantly upon a lotus seat in a royal ease posture, united in grace and spiritual harmony.

At the summit of this sacred arrangement sits the Mother Green Tara, the principal embodiment of compassion and swift protection, overseeing the divine congregation from above. Each of the 21 Taras manifests a unique aspect of enlightened activity and wisdom for the removal of fear. Crafted with devotion and artistry, reminding practitioners of the ever-present protection and benevolence of Tara in every moment of prayer and meditation.

A fee will be charged for this service, which is respectfully donated to the lamas performing the rituals.

Please note: Once consecrated, each statue becomes a sacred object and part of your spiritual journey. As such, it cannot be returned or refunded after this special blessing.

21 Tara

21 Taras symbolize different aspects of Tara’s compassionate nature, each form offering a distinct protection or blessing. In Tibetan Buddhism, Tara is revered as the mother of liberation, and her 21 manifestations are seen as protectors from various dangers, both physical and spiritual, such as fear, illness, and ignorance. The 21 forms include peaceful and wrathful aspects, reflecting her ability to respond to the different needs of practitioners. Each Tara is associated with specific qualities, such as wisdom, healing, and courage, and devotees can meditate on each form to invoke her specific blessings, making her presence versatile and deeply impactful in spiritual practice.
