Namgyalma

Namgyalma, also known as Ushnisha Vijaya, is a revered deity in Tibetan Buddhism who embodies purification and longevity, and she is often invoked to overcome obstacles and extend life through spiritual practice. She is depicted with three faces and eight arms, where her central white face symbolizes purity, her right face expresses compassion, and her left face represents the power to dispel ignorance through wrathful means. Her mantra is considered extraordinarily potent, and it is believed that anyone who hears it will never again be born from the womb, while animals who hear it will not be reborn in the lower realms. Practitioners recite the Namgyalma mantra to purify negative karma and to liberate beings from suffering, and they also use it to bless spaces, objects, and even the wind, which then carries its purifying energy to all sentient beings it touches.
