Namgyalma

Buddhist stupa that portrays Namgyalma, who is also known as Ushnishavijaya, is a sacred monument dedicated to the deity of long life and purification in Tibetan Buddhism. Namgyalma is one of the three long-life deities, along with Amitayus and White Tara, and she is especially revered for her power to remove obstacles that shorten life and to purify negative karma. The stupa built in her honor often contains her mantra, which is believed to have immense spiritual benefits for anyone who hears it, including animals and insects. These stupas serve as places of healing and protection, and they are believed to bless all beings who come near them. Namgyalma is usually depicted with three faces and eight arms, and each arm holds a symbolic object that represents her enlightened activities, such as pacifying, increasing, magnetizing, and subjugating. The presence of her image and mantra within the stupa transforms it into a powerful source of spiritual energy that supports longevity and liberation from suffering.
