Dorje Phurba Statue | Nepalese Artisan-Crafted Art for Spiritual Practice

Channel the powerful awakened energy of Vajrakilaya through this sacred statue, a striking representation of enlightened wrath and transformative protection. Meticulously handcrafted in Patan, Nepal, by experienced Newari artisans, this sculpture carries the depth of Himalayan Buddhist tradition, expressed through intricate detailing. Formed from copper using traditional lost-wax casting, the statue is finished with an oxidized surface enriched by silver-plated highlights and subtle hand-applied color accents. Every element reflects intentional craftsmanship, bringing both artistic refinement and spiritual intensity into harmony.

A fierce expression and dynamic union with his consort embody the profound symbolism of cutting through ignorance and dissolving obstacles on the spiritual path. In Vajrakilaya’s hands, the phurba serves as a sacred instrument piercing delusion at its root, while the vajra represents indestructible wisdom that remains unshaken by illusion. The ritual blade signifies decisive yet compassionate action, guiding transformation with clarity and purpose. Together, the entire composition radiates the energy of purification, deep inner transformation, and unwavering spiritual protection.
