Tibetan Vajrasattva Statue | Pure Copper & 24k Fire Gold Finish

This radiant Vajrasattva Statue is a sacred masterpiece that has been hand-carved by a master artisan in Nepal and reflects the profound artistry of Himalayan spiritual tradition. The statue is created using the ancient lost-wax method, which allows for intricate detailing and brings to life the serene form of Vajrasattva seated on a lotus base while holding a vajra and bell—symbols of compassion and wisdom in perfect union. It is crafted from pure copper and is polished with a blend of mercury and 24k gold to form a gold amalgam, and then it is fired to evaporate the mercury and fuse a luminous, enduring layer of gold onto the copper surface. This revered technique is known as 24k fire gold gilding. A hollow chamber within the statue is designed for consecration with sacred relics or mantras, enhancing its spiritual potency.

Please note: The statue in the photograph is the actual piece for sale, ensuring authenticity and exclusivity.

Vajrasattva

Vajrasattva, whose name means “Indestructible Being,” is a deeply revered figure in Vajrayana and Mahayana Buddhism and is regarded as the embodiment of purity, healing, and spiritual renewal. He is often depicted seated in serene meditation while holding a vajra (symbolizing compassion and indestructible truth) in his right hand and a bell (representing wisdom and emptiness) in his left.

Vajrasattva plays a central role in purification practices, especially in Tibetan Buddhism, where his mantra and visualizations are used to cleanse negative karma, emotional afflictions, and broken spiritual commitments. His practice is considered essential for preparing the mind for deeper tantric teachings and for restoring the integrity of one’s spiritual path. Many practitioners recite his Hundred-Syllable Mantra as part of their daily practice or during retreats to purify obscurations and cultivate inner clarity.
