Large 20-Inch Dorje Phagmo Statue | Powerful Tantric Deity Himalayan Art

Forged through the sacred lost-wax technique, this Vajravarahi (Dorje Phagmo) Statue embodies the fierce wisdom of the enlightened dakini. Crafted from copper and refined with a chemically oxidized silver-plated finish, the surface reveals a striking depth of tone and sacred texture. The deity’s face is highlighted with delicate gold paint and adorned with semi-precious stones, radiating a commanding yet enlightened presence. Standing in a dynamic posture atop a subdued inert body, she symbolizes the triumph of wisdom over ignorance.

Measuring an impressive 20 inches in height and 12 inches in width, this large-scale sculpture is framed by a flaming halo that amplifies its divine intensity. Dorje Phagmo is depicted holding a kapala in one hand and a kartika knife in the other, while the khatvanga trident rests as a powerful tantric emblem of realization. Adorned with a garland of fifty severed heads, she represents the transcendence of ego. About Dorje Phagmo

Dorje Phagmo, also known as Vajravārāhī or the "Thunderbolt Sow," is a revered figure in Tibetan Buddhism, embodying the wrathful aspect of Vajrayogini and regarded as the supreme queen of all dakinis. She is considered an emanation of enlightened feminine energy and a divine consort of Heruka Chakrasamvara. The lineage of Dorje Phagmo began in the 15th century with Chökyi Drönma, a princess of Gungthang, who was recognized by the mahasiddha Thangtong Gyalpo as an incarnation of Vajravārāhī.
