Ekajati Set

Ekajati, Rahula, and Dorje Legpa are powerful figures in Tibetan Buddhism, especially revered within the Nyingma tradition for their roles as protectors and transformers. Ekajati, known as the fierce guardian of secret mantras and Dzogchen teachings, symbolizes her uncompromising focus and wrathful compassion. She safeguards esoteric knowledge and ensures its transmission only to worthy practitioners. Ordained as a novice monk at age seven, he became a symbol of youthful dedication and eventually attained enlightenment, remembered as one of the Buddha’s ten great disciples. Dorje Legpa, a wrathful oath-bound protector, was subjugated by Padmasambhava and charged with defending the Dharma and terma teachings. He embodies fierce compassion and the power to destroy spiritual obstacles.
